On Tuesday, 18 December 2012, our beloved family member, Raven Dixon, a 22-year-old Single Mother from Alameda, California, was detained and arrested by local authorities, in connection with the 30 November 2012 home invasion and consequent slaying of multimillionaire Raveesh "Ravi" Kumra, of Monte Sereno.

 

    Raven has maintained a professional relationship with Kumra for seven years; however, Raven adamantly denies having any knowledge of the murder , or the circumstances. This ordeal has been devastating to the family, both emotionally and financially.

 

    Raven's bail has been set at $1 Million, an amount her defense attorney attests is "ridiculous for a single Mother of her means." The family is attempting to raise $100,000 for the 10% deposit required for bail, in addition to at least $10,000 for her legal fees.
